Thursday started off nicely with a breezy trip out to the Hawaiian Adventure Water park. Once there the band was able to enjoy lots of sun, lots of water and most of all, lots of fun.
At 12:30p the band lined up to be served a traditional turkey dinner complete with dressing, mashed taters, cranberry sauce and of course, pumpkin pie (however there was no whipped cream, but hey, pie is pie, right?)
After that great meal it was more time off in the park until mid-afternoon which the band took full advantage of. After coming back to the hotel, we cleaned up and took a jaunt down to the International Marketplace for some shopping. So all of you folks that didn't get to come out to Hawaii, you should be expecting a nice gift from those family members who did.
For dinner, Steve Froneberger and Janet Arias were able to arrange a last-minute group meal at Planet Hollywood that turned out to a model of efficiency. Now, Planet Hollywood had just finished serving dinner to another band, so they were well prepared for the Mustang Band!
After that, we strolled back to the hotel and settled in for a nice sleep to prepare for Friday.
